(A) when gathering information from appliers in compliance with art. 10, paragraph 1;
(B) when entering personal data or not after the first announcement in compliance with art. 1, paragraph 3.
In compliance with art. 10, regulation No.675 passed on 31 st December 1996 and with regards to personal data to be managed, this information report aims at providing appliers with the following information: appliers' personal data, including but not limited to information orally given to holidayinitaly.it (hereafter referred to as "the Firm") in the past as well as in the years to come in the scope of the business relationships directly and / or indirectly arising thereof, are managed by the firm or the firm's subsidiary, holding, and allied companies for management, statistics, business, marketing, sales promotion, credit protection, credit management, claim assignment, prevention, and over-borrowing purposes accessing, processing, comparing, interconnecting, sending / spreading personal data and carrying out any other data management operation required.
Submitting personal data is an essential operation aimed at establishing and taking care of business relationships as well as those ones directly and / or indirectly arising thereof. Any submitted data can be used for marketing, sales promotion operations and other purposes in compliance with the laws in force and the current regulations as well as in accordance with common good sense and fair trade practices, such as spamming prevention and the like.
The afore mentioned data can be sent to companies, institutions, associations and organizations, which aim at protecting credits and may send the data to their partners, members, users and the like within the laws and regulations set forth in their organisation purposes.
The afore mentioned data can be sent / spread – namely providing access to information – to subsidiary, holding, and allied companies as well as companies, associations, credit institutions and organizations based in Italy and abroad in any EU member state in order to protect holidayinitaly.it checking for reliable partners, establishing data authenticity, etc. Appliers may give the afore mentioned data to third parties (except for the firm's subsidiary, holding, and allied companies) pursuing marketing, advertisement, consumer research aims in an anonymous way, only. Holidayinitaly.it shall be liable for taking every kind of behavioural and technical action required to ensure top data security and information confidentiality with regards to its own personnel and partners not belonging to holidayinitaly.it.
As far as the management of the afore mentioned data is concerned, holidayinitaly.it entitles appliers to immediately receive a confirmation of their personal data availability even if they have not signed in; to be informed on data, data sources, data management systems in an understandable way; to repeat requests, except for any justified reason, at no shorter interval than 90 (ninety) days; to delete personal data, make them anonymous or block them, if a breach of the law takes place - this can be applied, but it is not limited to those data, whose storage with regards to the purposes they can be gathered for is not necessary; to update, rectify, if any interest may arise, integrate data; to be ensured that the firm shall acquaint those who were provided with personal data with the actions and contents mentioned at sec. 2 and 4 unless these procedures turn out to be impossible or cause the amount of means used to be out of proportion to the right to defend. Appliers are also entitled to be informed on personal data management, if any, having a free access to the register in compliance with art. 31, paragraph 1, letter a) of the regulation No. 675 passed on 31 st December 1998; to partially or completely oppose to personal data management for valid reasons, even if those personal data may be gathered in accordance with the collection purposes; to gratuitously exercise the appliers' specific right to oppose to personal data management in order to send marketing information, advertising, and direct sales material, namely to carry out any market research and interactive advertising campaigns. Those appliers involved in this data management system are recognized the right specified in art. 13, regulation No. 675/1996 made available in full text in the annex . The data manager in hand is holidayitaly.it, which is liable for personal data management. Any authorisation, if required, may be partially or completely given. |
